6/7 ME Upper Body

Start off today with max effort weighted pull ups. Use any rep scheme you want, but work up to a heavy one rep max. If you don’t have an unassisted pull up, that will be our goal.

Rest 5-10 minutes then perform the following for time:

21-15-9
Dumbbell thrusters 45s/25s
Pull ups

(This is a dumbbell version of the CrossFit workout “Fran”
