6/6/14 ME Lower Body

Start off today with max effort overhead squats. Perform 5 sets of 5 reps.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform as many rounds and reps of the following in 14 minutes of:

12 push ups
500m row
6 dumbbell snatch @45/25 alternating arms each rep
