This one is a oldie but it is definitely a good one!! Perform the following for time:
10 down to 1 deadlifts @135/95
1 up to 10 burpees (over the bar)
** you’ll start with 10 deadlifts and 1 burpee followed by 9 deadlifts and 2 burpees and so on until you finish. Scale as needed! Good luck and post results to comments!!!
