6/4/14 DE Upper Body

Start off today with 3 reps of floor press on the minute for 12 minutes. Use approximately 60% of your one rep max.

Rest 5-10 minutes and the perform 3 rounds EACH for time of the following:

1 minute on the airdyne
30 air squats
20 kettle bell swings
10 walking lunges with a barbell held in the front rack with 115/65
5 ground to overhead with 45/25 dumbbell
1 minute on the airdyne

Rest as needed between rounds!
