6/30/14 DE Upper Body

Start off with bench press on the minute for 10 minutes using the following rep scheme:
2-4-6-8-10-10-8-6-4-2

Scale weight accordingly

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform the following each for time:

21-15-9
Burpees & deadlifts @ 155-115

Rest 2 minutes

15-12-9
Burpees & deadlifts @185/135

Rest 2 minutes

12-9-6
Burpees & deadlifts @225/165
