6/23/14 DE Lower Body

Start off today with 6 walking lunges with a barbell held overhead on the minute for 10 minutes. Scale weight accordingly.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

10 box jumps up and over a 30″/20″ box
8 dumbbell thrusters @45/20
Run 200m
