6/2/14 ME Lower Body

Start off today with 4 sets of 6 reps front squat.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

2 power cleans @ 135/95
4 push press @135/95
6 burpee box jumps

Scale as needed! Good luck and post results to comments!

    1. Nice work guys!! I didn’t have time for the front squats but I got 8 rounds plus the push presses. That was a good one!
