6/21/14 & 6/22/14 Rest and Run

Saturday is a rest day. Enjoy it and spend some time on mobility. Get ready for the time trial run posted below.

Sunday:
After a thorough warm up, run a 1 mile time trial. Afterwards, cool down with a slow jog equal to 2x longer than your time trial. So if you ran a 5 minute mile, cool down for 10 minutes.
