6/20/14 ME Lower Body

Start off today with 4 sets of 8 reps dead lift. Work up to a heavy set of 8 reps without dropping the bar.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform the following for time:

Run 400m
25 dumbbell squat clean thrusters @45/25
Run 400m
