6/17/14 Short Distance Intervals

Today is a strength rest day. Spend some time on mobility and get ready for the intervals below!

Track workout:
Tabata run- complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort followed by 10 seconds of rest

Rest 6 full minutes and repeat if possible

Row or ski erg Tabata can be substituted for the run. You may also mix and match! Good luck!! Post results to comments!
