6/16/14 ME Lower Body

Start off today with max effort front squats. Perform 4 sets of 8 reps.

Rest 5-10 minutes and the perform 3 rounds EACH for time of:

21 air squats
12 burpee deadlifts with 45/25 pound dumbbells
200m sprint

Rest 3 full minutes between each round. Post results and loads to comments!! Good luck!
