6/14 DE Upper Body

Start off today with DE bench press – 3 reps on the minute for 12 minutes. Use 60% of your one rep max and add chains if you have them.

Rest 5-10 minutes then perform as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 15 minutes of:

10 knees to elbows
5 dumbbell power snatch @ 45/25
50 meter sled drag @ 90/45
