6/13/14 DE Upper Body

Start off today with 4 push press every 30 seconds for 8 minutes.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

400m run
8 bar muscle ups
(An appropriate sub for bar muscle ups are pull ups and dips 2 for one- so 16 pull ups and 16 dips for each round)
