With a 24 minute running clock, perform the following on the minute:

Odd minutes: 3 deadlifts @1.25 bodyweight
Even minutes: 6 kettle bell swings

To find your deadlift weight multiply your body weight by 1.25 and round up if needed. Scale accordingly on this one, it’s a long one!
