6/11/14 ME Lower Body

Start off today with 5×3 box squat. Work up to a heavy set of 3 reps.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform 3 rounds of the following for time:

20 one arm Dumbbell snatch @30/15
20 box jump up and overs
20 calorie row
20 knees to elbows on the pull up bar
