6/10/14 Long Distance Intervals

Today is a strength rest day. Spend some time on mobility and get ready for ONE of the following workouts:

Run 4 to 6 x 800m @ fast but consistent pace. Maintain 3-5 seconds of each. 2 min recovery between.

Row 4x1000m rest 2 minutes between each effort

Ski 4x500m with 2 minutes rest between.
