6/10 DE Upper Body

Start off today with DE push press. Perform 3 reps on the minute for 12 minutes. Use 60% of your 1 rep max and add chains of you have them.

Rest 5-10 minutes then perform as many rounds and reps as possible (AMRAP) in 12 minutes of:

5 ring push ups
5 burpee-ground to overhead with 45/20
5 strict pull ups
