5/8 ME Upper Body

Start off today with max effort floor press 7×2 reps. Work up to a heavy single.

Rest 5-10 minutes then perform the following for time:

1 up to 10 reps of
Bench press at 135/55
Kettle bell swings
Perform 1 x 50m sled pull 90/35 between rounds.
