5/5/14 ME Upper Body

Start off today with max effort weighted pull ups. Perform 7 sets of one rep working up to a heavy single.

Rest 5-10 and perform the following for time:

21-15-9 reps of:

Kettlebell swings @45/25
Push ups
Pull ups

    Done doubles on the pull-ups worked up to an 80# double. 6:10 on metcon. Pull-ups killed my time

    1. Nice guys!! I hit 100lbs on the pull up at 208 bodyweight! That’s a pr for me for sure!
