5/28/14 DE Lower Body

With a running clock, perform the following each minute on the minute: 1 conventional deadlift, 1 Romanian deadlift & 1 sumo deadlift.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:

8 burpees
6 push press @ 95/65 (no rack)
4 dumbbell ground to shoulder @ 80/30
