5/26/14 ME Upper Body

Start off today with max effort weighted dips. Work up to a heavy set of 3 reps!

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform the following for time:

15-12-9 reps of:
Pull ups
Power snatch @95/65
Box jumps to 30″/20″ box
