Perform 2 rounds for time of:
10 front squats holding 40/20# kettle bell in each hand
8 Kettle bell push press with 40/20# in each hand
12 walking lunges with 40/20# kettle bells held in the front rack
* there is a 10 burpee penalty for dropping the kettle bells (assessed off the clock)
Rest 3 minutes and repeat 2 more times.
