5/22 DE Upper Body

Start off today with DE floor press. Perform 2 reps every 30 seconds for 10 rounds. Use 60% off your 1 RM and add chains if you have them.

Rest 5-10 minutes then perform as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 14 minutes of:

10 push ups
10 pull ups
10 sit ups
10 dumbbell snatch alternating arms
