5/2/14 DE Upper Body

Start off with 5 pendlay rows on the minute for 12 minutes.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform the following for time:

Run 400m
20 box jumps
30 one arm dumbbell snatch (alternate arms each rep) 45/20#
40 barbell thrusters with empty 45# barbell (30# for women)
30 one arm dumbbell snatch (alternating arms each rep) 45/20#
20 box jumps
Run 400m
