5/21/14 ME Lower Body

Start off today with 3 sets of 10 reps of deadlift. Work up to the heaviest set of 10 you can.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform as many rounds and reps as possible (AMRAP) in 20 minutes of:

Row 20 calories
6 burpee box jump up and overs to 24/20″ box
