5/14/14 ME Upper Body and the return of weight vest Wednesday!

Start off today with max effort overhead press. Perform 3×2 strict press followed by 3×2 push press. Work up to a heavy double on both!

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform 5 rounds of the following:

5 pull ups
5 burpee box jumps
5 deadlifts at 185/115
Run 200m

If you have a weight vest or body armor, wear it!!
