5/12/14 DE Lower Body

Start off today with 3 sumo dead lift high pulls every 30 seconds for 8 minutes.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

5 dumbbell snatches right arm @45/20
5 dumbbell snatches left arm @45/20
10 burpees
50m shuttle run (25m down and back)

    95lb on sumo dead/high pulls
    AMRAP – 6 full plus 5r & 5l dumbbell snatches.

    1. Nice work !! I got 7 rounds and 10 burpees. I grossly underestimated that one!!
