4/9 S&C Rest Day/Mid Distance Intervals

Today’s is a S&C rest day. Warm up well and spend at least 10 minutes on recovery.

Mid Dist. Intervals:

Row 3x1000m
Rest 1 minute between intervals

Post times for each interval. Try to keep them between 2-3 secs apart.
