Start off today with max effort deadlift. Perform 5 sets of 3 reps working up to a heavy triple.
Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 18 minutes of:
5 snatch (dumbbell or barbell) – use 95/65# barbell or 45#/25 dumbbells
