7×2 split jerk alternating legs each rep. Make your sets heavy but don’t sacrifice technique. This is a great time to work on your weaknesses side to side. Focus on consistency in your footwork!

Rest 5-10 minutes then perform for time:

21-15-9 reps of
Dumbbell thrusters
Kettle bell swings
Perform one farmers carry 50m with 35# plate in each hand
