4/4/14 DE Lower Body

Start off today with 4 walking lunge steps on the 30 sec for 8 minutes. Hold a loaded barbell in the front rack position. You choose an appropriate weight.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform the following for time:

50 sit ups
4 back squat thrusters @95/45
40 sit ups
4 back squat thrusters @95/45
30 sit ups
4 back squat thrusters @95/45
20 sit ups
4 back squat thrusters @95/45

(Back squat thrusters are the same as regular thrusters except the bar is placed on the back like in a back squat)
