After a thorough warm up, perform the following for time:

12 burpees
2 dead lifts
10 burpees
4 dead lifts
8 burpees
6 dead lifts
6 burpees
8 dead lifts
4 burpees
10 dead lifts
2 burpees
12 dead lifts
