4/3/14 Mid Range Met Con

With a running clock set for 20 minutes perform the following every minute on the minute:

Even minutes: 15 jumping jacks & 50m sprint (25m down and back)
Odd minutes: 3 dumbbell hang clean and jerks @35s/20s & 5 knees to elbows (on the pull up bar)

    Completeled all rounds on met con.

  2. Good work!! We did this one last night. I used 105 on a barbell because I didn’t have dumbbells. It was a good one!
