4/3 DE Lower Body

Start off with 5 unbroken box jumps on the minute for 10 minutes. Make sure all sets are unbroken. If you have to break up the set, add another round to the end!

Rest 5-10 minutes

10 x 40 yard prowler push.
— alternate between high handles and low handles. Add weight accordingly.

Rest 1 minute between rounds.

If you do not have access to a prowler sled, sub 1 25 yard car push.
