4/28/14 ME Upper Body

Start off today with max effort bench press. Perform 3 sets of 3 reps working up to a heavy triple!

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform the following for time:

10 down to one bench press @115/55
Perform 5 burpee box jumps between each round of bench press.
