4/26 DE Lower Body

Start off today with 5 unbroken box jumps on the minute for 10 minutes. Make sure they are unbroken. If you have break up a round, give yourself a 5 burpee penalty for each round you miss.

Rest 5-10 minutes then perform the following for time:

50 sit ups
40 walking lunge steps
30 kettle bell swings
20 push ups
10 overhead squats 95/45
