Start off today with 2 hand stand push ups on the minute for 10 minutes. If you cannot do handstand push ups, do push press at about 80% of your one rep max.
Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform the following for 10 minutes:
Odd minutes: jump rope singles (for the entire minute)
Even minutes: 10 kettle bell swings at 45/25 and 5 pull ups
*if you have a weight vest or body armour, wear it!
