4/2/14 ME Upper Body

Start off today with max effort floor press. Take as many sets as needed to work up to a heavy single! Good luck!

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform the following for time:

15-12-9 reps of
Back squat @135/75
Burpee box jumps with 24/20 inch box

*you may NOT use a rack for your back squats
