4/21/14 ME Lower Body

Start off today with max effort back squats. Perform 5 sets of 3 reps working up to a heavy triple!

Rest 5-10 minutes then perform 3 rounds for time of:

Run 400m
8 back squats at 115/85 (no rack)
4 burpee box jumps to a 20 inch box
