Perform 2 rounds for time and max reps of the following:

1 minute jump rope singles
1 minute sumo dead lift high pull @95/65
1 minute burpees
100m sprint

Rest 1 minute between rounds

    No total time, ran 100m x 2, but couldn’t time it.
