4/14/14 ME Upper Body

Start off today with max effort shoulder press. Perform 3 sets of 8 reps working up to a heavy set of 8.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform the following for time:

5 burpees
50m sandbag sprint (drop sand bag )
50m sprint back to starting area without the sand bag
5 burpees
50m sprint back to the sand bag
50m sprint back WITH the sand bag
5 burpees
50m sandbag sprint (drop sand bag )
50m sprint back to the starting area without sand bag
5 burpees
50m sprint back to sand bag
50m sand bag sprint back to start

*set up a 50m out and back run course and not that you only carry the sand bag one way!
