4/12 ME Lower Body

Start off today with max effort deficit dead lifts. Set up with a 4 -5 inch deficit and do 5×3 reps.

Rest 5-10 minutes then perform as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

7 ring dips
17 box jumps
7 wall climbs
