4/11/14 ME Lower Body

Start off today with max effort thrusters. Perform 8 sets of 2 reps working up to a heavy double.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform the following:

Tabata sit ups
Rest 2 minutes
Tabata step ups to 20 inch box (alternate legs each rounds)
Rest 2 minutes
Tabata overhead press with 45# barbell
Rest 2 minutes
Tabata row

*each Tabata consists of 8 rounds of 20 seconds max work followed by 10 seconds of rest.
Post results to comments!! Your score will be the lowest number of reps out of each Tabata (calories on the rower).
