Perform as many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes of:

10 Dumbbell burpee to over head with 30# dumbbells
25 GHD sit ups

If you do not have a GHD, set up with your legs straight and feet flat against a wall. Touch the floor behind you and then touch the wall at the top of the sit up.
