    Which is a better substitute for the run…bike or rower?

  2. If you sub a row for a run add 50m per 100. I would say row 150s! Good luck!

    Shoulder issues so went 25 on dumbells and did 150m rows instead of run…6:05 routine

    1. Nice work! I got 5:26 rx’ed and then got the Tabata ski erg in from yesterday. It was nasty!

  4. Correction: I subbed the rows as well so it wasn’t really rx’ed!
