Start off today with 7×1 bench press. Go heavy and try to set a PR!

Rest 5-10 minutes the perform the following:

Set a clock for 16 minutes.
Odd minutes: 3 bar dips and 5 air squats
Even minutes: 3 deficit push ups and 5 burpees
