3/31/14 DE Lower Body

Start off today with 4 dead lifts on the minute for 12 minutes. Use a weight that is about 50% of your one rep max.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

250m row
25 kettle bell swings
10 pull ups

    Four full with row and 6 kettle bell swings…should have rested more on the row
