Saturday is a rest day. Spend some time on mobility get ready for Sunday’s workout.

Sunday:

5 minutes easy warm up with mobility and stretching
Max effort 400m run for time
Recover for 12 minutes
Max effort 200m run for time
10 minute easy cool down
