3/24/14 DE Upper Body

Start off today with 3 weighted dips on the minute for 10 minutes.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform the following:

Run 800m for time
Rest 3 minutes
15-12-9 reps of:
Dumbbell thrusters 35/15

Post times for each and load for the dips to comments!! Good luck!!
