3/21/14 DE Lower Body

Start off today with 3 front squats on the minute for 8 minutes. Use approximately 50% of your one rep max front squat.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform 5 rounds for time of the following:

25 double unders (or 75 jump rope singles)
5 dumbbell ground to shoulder @90/30
25 sit ups
Run 200m
